How does the custom flavor work?
Tell us your concept — a flavor profile, a name, a color palette, a story. We develop and test the flavor with you in the weeks before your event. By the day of, it's yours, named, and ready to serve.
Can you wrap the cart in our branding?
Yes. For brand activations and corporate events, we apply a custom decal that turns the cart into your branded centerpiece. Two-week lead time for design and production.
Do you need a power outlet?
No. The cart runs on battery for up to 10 hours. We set up indoors, outdoors, on rooftops, in vineyards, on the beach — anywhere with a 4-foot square of floor space.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak wedding season (May–October), 4–6 months out. Brand activations, 6–8 weeks. Smaller milestone events, 3–4 weeks. We hold dates with a signed contract and 50% deposit.
How far do you travel?
The full DMV. Within 30 miles of Chantilly, VA included in base. Beyond that, $1.50/mile. We have served events from Richmond to Baltimore.
What about dietary restrictions?
We routinely make dairy-free sorbet, vegan options, and allergen-friendly batches. Tell us what you need; we work it in.
Are you insured?
Yes. $1M/$2M general liability. We provide a Certificate of Insurance naming your venue as additionally insured on request.
