Our Story

SoftSpot was born from a simple observation: Chantilly needed a place where people could gather, celebrate, and just enjoy a moment of sweetness.

We noticed that while there were plenty of quick-service dessert chains around, there wasn't a destination - somewhere that felt special, somewhere designed to create moments of joy.

So we built SoftSpot. We brought New Zealand-style soft serve (creamier and denser than anything you've had) to Northern Virginia. We introduced dirty sodas to Chantilly when the nearest soda shop was 8 miles away. We partnered with MOLTN to offer fresh-baked, gooey cookies throughout the day.

And we stayed open late - because sometimes you need ice cream at 11pm on a Friday, and you shouldn't have to settle for a drive-thru.
